Awesome day for our annual charter with the NJ woods and water crew. With the wind forecast this morning we opted to Bonito fish the first half of the morning. Dropped the hooks and started the chum slick. Had the bonitas flying on jigs and flatlines right away today’s crew went to work boating 150+ bonitos a few Albies and blues before 8:30 am. Pulled the hooks and went looking for the flukes. Took some looking but found some decent life despite the fast drift had a few good shots of keepers and some good short life. Was happy to see the life after yesterday’s slower fluking. A few limits around the boat with some others just shy. Nj woods and water crew always fishes hard thank you guys.
