Back out on the Seabass grounds today. Was a grindy one today. Started off with loads of readings but couldn’t get them to chew like we read em. Bounced around found some hungry ones on the jigs. Had to work for em but some nice quality coming up. South wind came up strong and shut the life down. Anchored up on a few more piles only picking a few here and there could never get em going. Some anglers with the jigs scraped up a limit with a few others just shy. Bait bite was slim pickings today mostly all on jigs with a few whiting and ling in the mix as well. We are chartered tommorow. We start full time fluking Thursday morning sailing 6am get your jigs and gulp ready we are looking forward to fluke season!
